For the fourth year in a row, “Forever in Bloom” awards will also be presented. These awards are given to properties which exhibit a high level of civic pride by achieving 5-Bloom status five years in a row. Awards will also be presented in recognition of special efforts in the areas of tidiness, environmental action, heritage conservation, urban forestry, and landscape.
Entries in the Annual Front Yard and Balcony Contest are judged based on five criteria: curb appeal, tidiness and maintenance, floral displays, landscape, and creativity. Entries were due by July 31 and judging took place immediately afterwards.
