Essex – The Town of Essex has partnered with Linton Consulting Services Inc. to develop the 2023-2026 Strategic Action Plan. As part of the initial phase of the project, citizens are asked to complete a brief 5 minute questionnaire to provide input on what needs to get done to make the community an even better place to live. The Strategic Action Plan will guide the strategic priorities of the Town for the next four years.
