Essex – Councillor Kim Verbeek is inviting 16 residents of the Town of Essex to take part in a CPR training course – free of charge. The program is being offered to teach residents how to be prepared in case of an emergency. CPR, or cardiopulmonary resuscitation, is a skill that anybody can do to help save a life during cardiac arrest.
The CPR training course will be offered on September 30, 2023 from 8:30a.m. to 12:30p.m. at the McGregor Community Centre.
Individuals are asked to register online at essexconnect.ca.
Spots are limited to 16 individuals on a first come first served basis. Those that are not able to register are asked to join the waitlist for potential future courses.
